Project cars 3 ps5 review3/12/2023 Of course, I’m here to talk about the game itself rather than its title, but this title might be a little bit misleading and sets players up for a different type of experience than what they are actually getting. Resolution or performance mode dont matter on this game, still runs as bad and. I am not that sensitive to everything needing to be 60fps, I can survive with 30fps, but good god at least make it consistent. Absolutely amazed a BC game designed to hit 60fps on Xbox One hardware is so bad on Series X. Project CARS 3 is obviously a spin-off for the series, and I think it should’ve been named like a spin-off. In rain or at night it is choppy as all hell. I mean, there should be a subtitle to warn you that this game is going to be a very different experience than the first two entries of the franchise. Customize car liveries with racing- & community-inspired elements. The driving is really well done, the cars stick to the tracks well and they all act differently. Upgrade with realistic performance parts. I think they should’ve named this new entry something other than Project CARS 3. The game itself is good, but there is alot wrong also. Not that arcade-style racing games are bad (I find myself smitten with the great ones), but Project Cars 3 feels unfocused to the point of frustration at times. ![]() Project CARS 3, as the developers already revealed, is supposed to be a spiritual successor to Need For Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed, meaning that it would be dropped somewhere between a total arcade and a total simulation experience. That said, the third mainline installment of the game has taken a left turn. With Project CARS 2, Slightly Mad Studios not only saved the previous tone but also brought some brand new features to get you more involved in the world of legal racing tournaments.
